Super Cruise adds automatic lane change

Cadillac's semi-autonomous driving technology dubbed Super Cruise will receive a major addition in the new Cadillac CT4, CT5 and the next-generation 2021 Cadillac Escalade. Indeed, Super Cruise will now be able to change lanes automatically for you.

This exclusive function allows the vehicle with the Super Cruise system to change lanes autonomously. In other words, when you are looking to change lanes, all you have to do is put your turn signal in the desired direction and the vehicle will change lanes for you after checking if the lane is clear.

This is in addition to the semi-autonomous driving functions already offered in Super Cruise technology such as lane keeping function and adaptive cruise control.
